First project

MediaMarkt currently has many different pages for any kind of repairs. For example, screen repair has its own page, registering a TV repair has a separate registration procedure, repair of small electronics items also goes through a separate procedure. It is not clear to the customer how and where they should go to start their product repair process. The contact center receives many calls with questions about the repair process. A lot is therefore unclear to the customer.

Challenge

A user-friendly, informative and attractive solution that tackles the reluctance to proceed with repairs. The goal is that the customer will be more independent with regard to the repair process and to remove uncertainties in the orientation for a repair without the intervention of the contact center.

Persona’s

Based on my research results, I have composed three personas. It contains the values, description and needs of the online customer. I took these personas as a base for making design decisions during the project.

I created wireframes to communicate with the developers and stakeholders to walk through the website when it was still in a low-fidelity stage.

Second project

MediaMarkt wanted a page on which all actions & campaigns are transparent to the customer. For example, it must be visible when the customer can expect a campaign to go live, which campaigns are active and so on. It is my job to design a user-friendly, informative and attractive page for the customer.
